Where do I start if I'm not sure what I need?
Start where you are. Movement, the Personalized Plan, In-Home Nourishment, The Daily, Clinical Care and the Digital Membership are each their own doorway, and every one of them can be booked or purchased directly.
Do I need laboratory testing to work with Reclamation Method?
No. Many women begin with movement, the in-home kitchen experience, or The Daily. Testing is available through Clinical Care when you want objective data behind your plan.
Is Clinical Care actually supervised by a physician?
Yes. Every protocol is prescribed and supervised by a licensed physician through Altro Health, our physician-led clinical partner, and filled exclusively by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies.
Do you take insurance?
Clinical Care is HSA and FSA eligible and requires no insurance.
Do you work with women outside Colorado?
Yes. Coaching, memberships, the Digital Membership, and Clinical Care are available remotely, and the in-home kitchen experience is available with travel.
Is this another diet or restriction plan?
No. The work is built on relationship rather than restriction: seasonal nourishment, nervous system regulation, strength, and rhythm that fit the life you actually have.
