For women who want more than a snapshot, the three-month experience creates the space to understand what is happening, put the strategy into practice, and allow the approach to evolve. It begins with the same comprehensive clinical and lifestyle foundation as the Personalized Health Blueprint, followed by continued RM personalization over three months.

Through our licensed clinical care partner, you can explore available treatment options including peptides, NAD+ and other personalized therapies. You’ll complete the appropriate medical intake and clinical review first. If you’re medically eligible, the clinical team can prescribe and coordinate the treatment you choose.

Treatment availability and eligibility are determined by the licensed clinical team. Prescription medications and treatments are purchased separately and are not included in RM coaching or program fees.
